Inception Review

14 Jul

Just go see it.

I’m not kidding, I can’t review the movie until you’ve seen it.  Any superfluous  adjectives about its quality or discussion of its plot would ruin one of the best movie going experiences in a very long time. To provide some incentive though, this movie is a lock for a best picture nomination, even without an expanded field. This is just one of those movies that you absolutely have to see.

The only way to destroy the viewing experience is to read a review or build up expectations. Some people say the best way to view a movie is without seeing even a trailer. While I wouldn’t necessarily go that far, there is definitely an advantage to going into Inception with no preconceived no ideas other than that it will be a quality film. Let the rest be a mystery.

Call it a leap of faith.

Trust the Thunder.

Written and Directed by: Christopher Nolan. Starring: Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard. Warner Brothers Pictures, with a runtime of 148 minutes.
